What we eat is Important. No doubt about that statement. What is important, is allowing yourself to be a different person. You are not a bad person, nor are you insincere.
If you want to loose weight you will have to do more than diet, you will have to learn how to: Limit your portion size, exercise regularly (set up a time management system), visualize your self, use positive affirmations, and enlist support of some variety.
1. A journal is one of the most helpful tools you can have.
2. Write out your goals in sentence form.
3. Set aside a block of time each day for activities other than eating. One day at a time for starters.
